Kingston announced HyperX MAX 3.0 External USB 3.0

Kingston Digital, Inc., today announced HyperX MAX 3.0 External USB 3.0 Drive in Indian market. This USB 3.0 external drive has a read speed of up to 195MB/sec., and a write speed of up to 160MB/sec. which is approximately 10 times faster than the USB 2.0 specifications. The Kingston HyperX MAX 3.0 External USB 3.0 Drive also fully compatible with USB 2.0 devices, which allow users to connect USB 3.0 as well as USB 2.0 devices without any trouble.

To transfer a 10GB Movie File the USB 3.0 drive takes 1:12 minutes while USB 2.0 drive takes 5:52 minutes to perform the same operation. In individual files like MP3 Music Files it performs exceptionally well, for e.g. to transfer 475 MP3 Music Files, the USB 3.0 drive takes 20 seconds while USB 2.0 drive takes 1:16 minutes.
The Kingston HyperX MAX 3.0 External USB 3.0 Drive is fully compatible with Windows 7, Windows Vista (SP1, SP2) and Windows XP (SP3) operating systems.
