Virgin Mobile to release red/black Xperia X8 in January

Virgin Mobile UK is set to release a limited edition red and black version of the Sony Ericsson Xperia X8 on January 1st 2011. Currently the device is only available in white. The device will be a part of the carriers 2011 refreshing which also includes the HTC Desire HD. The red and black Sony Ericsson Xperia X8 will be selling on a £35 contract with 1000 minutes and 1GB of mobile data. Currently there is no picture of the device in this color set.
To refresh you, the Xperia X8 features Android 2.1, a 3-inch screen, 600MHz processor and a 3.1 megapixel camera. The phone runs with Android 1.6 operating system. It has 128MB of internal memory, MicroSD card which is expandable up to 16GB Memory, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3.5mm headset Jack. There is no word yet Will it launch here in the United States
