Sony Ericsson Xperia Play


Sony Ericsson announced its ambitious project – the Xperia Play at the MWC 2011, however like many other handset manufacturers who announced their gadgets at the event, they too didn’t disclose the cost of the Xperia Play.
The Xperia Play runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread and is powered by a 1GHz Snapdragon CPU with Qualcomm Adreno 205 graphics. The device comes with with 4-inch 480×854 screen resolution and the Slider part has PSP like game buttons. It also has a front facing camera, 5 megapixel rear camera, 512MB RAM, and a microSD card slot. It will also come pre-loaded with tons of exciting titles.

Sony introduces Walkman E-series players in India.


Sony India recently introduces Walkman E-series in India. The Sony Walkman E-series multimedia players are designed especially for young generations. The Sony Walkman E-series features with up to 50 hours of audio and 10 hours of video playback time on a single charge, five of Sony’s proprietary sound technologies which deliver crisp and clear sound quality.
The Digital Sound Enhancement Engine (DSEE) is used in these players which delivers more natural tones. The improved user interface makes it easy for navigation between different menus with its 2.0 inch (5.2 cm) QVGA LCD screen. The walkman has handy Bookmark function which allows users to create or edit up to five personalized playlists on the Walkman itself.
