If you are bored with all the jailbreak-only updates from Dev team and other hackers, here’s a good news for iPhone unlockers – the much awaited iPhone unlock will be released soon after Apple releases the iOS 4.3 in next month’s event. Well, it seems iPhone hackers are not going to wait till iOS 5, which is expected to release in June/July 2011.
In an update on Twitter, Vincent hints us about the upcoming iOS 4.3 unlock -
Your long-expected unlock doesn’t feel like waiting for iOS 5 when (/if?) iOS 4.3 gets released and iOS 5 gets intro’ed next week. Relax.
iPhone Dev team member, Musclenerd, had also suggested something similar in his last month’s update. Today’s update from Vincent should clear all the doubts of iPhone unlockers, as he has been following jailbreak and unlock development very closely.
Apple has scheduled its iPad 2 launch event on March 2nd and has already sent media invitations. In this event, they will publicly announce the availability of their next generation iPad, along with iOS 4.3. Some sources have claimed that Cupertino guys will demonstrate iOS 5 in the event, but we are not really sure about it.
Anyway, iPhone iOS 4.3 unlock does look imminent at this moment. We will keep you updated with more information.
