HTC Knight: New Pictures Revealed

HTCPedia Shop recently came into possession of some photos of the HTC Knight.  The HTC Knight is the codename for the HTC Evo Shift 4G. This smartphone is just the third device to use Sprint 4G, the other two being Samsung Epic 4G and HTC Evo 4G. The phone itself, though, actually looks very slick. Clearly, design points were taken from the EVO 4G. The Evo Shift 4G aka Knight will be smaller than the HTC Evo 4G. However, the Knight does have a bigger battery, a sliding Qwerty keyboard which the original Evo 4G doesn’t.

But, the new Knight Evo phone lacks a camera on the front. Moreover, the device has a 3.7-inch WVGA display with resolution of 480 x 800 pixels (instead of 4.3 inches is HTC EVO 4G), 4G WiMAX, a camera with single LED flash, and Sense UI. Like its forbear, the HTC Knight is going to run android for its programming. This free software is used by Motorola, LG, Samsung and others for their smartphones and tablets. For this smartphone, it will come in either the 2.2 or the 2.3 version.
This smartphone is destined to be seen in January of 2011 at CES. SAdly, no prices are announced.
