Garmin launches navigation to iPhone.

Garmin International Inc. today announced navigation to iPhone with New StreetPilot App.Garmin’s new mobile applications includes verious applications which include StreetPilot for iPhone, Garmin Tracker, myMechanic, and My-Cast Lite. Garmin present these products in 2011 Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2011) in Las Vegas. Garmin also announces bunch of applications for both iPhone and Android powered smartphones.
StreetPilot App is specially designed for iPhone features with navigation with traffic alerts. The StreetPilot App includes various navigation features like free traffic alerts, road closures and construction, lane assist with junction view, realistic images of upcoming complex junctions and most important, speed limit indicators.
At Consumer Electronics Show 2011 Garmin also introduced Garmin GTU 10 tracking devices by which user can easily track another user or things like pet, boat or car with the free Garmin Tracker App. The free Garmin Tracker App is compatible with both iPhone and Android smartphones.
The StreetPilot App is available now for $39.99 from the App Store on iPhone.

GPS is an extremely helpful tool, but we recognize it’s not a one-size-fits-all solution. We decided to introduce a new line of smartphone applications so that we can give customers a quality Garmin experience in the format of their choosing,” said Dan Bartel, Garmin’s vice president of worldwide sales.
